Hanoi development to include Mon Home and Mon Street areas. HD Mon Real Estate will launch and open display homes at its Mon City residential project in Hanoi’s Nam Tu Liem district on December 19.

Mon City is located on an area of 6.7 ha at 2 Le Duc Tho Street, with total investment of VND6 trillion ($266.2 million).

The developer will also build other facilities to meet the demand of residents, such as gyms, a swimming pool, a golf course, and shopping malls.

Hoa Binh Corporation has been appointed to take on the role of general contractor of Mon City, while HD Bank will finance and guarantee the project. Hong Kong’s AEDAS, one of the leading global architecture and design practices, providing architecture, interior design, landscaping and urban design services, will design and plan the project.
